I have purchased a digital download & I can't find it?

  • Check your e mail for a confirmation under the item purchased it should say "download now" click download then close the app and head to files, in your files click downloads and you should find your practice sheet in there ready for print.
  • you can also log into your north coast account click the purchased item & directly under the item it should say "download now" 

I have purchased a online course or workshop & have not received my work?

  • Your online course or workshop should be with you shortly please allow up to 72 hours, online courses workshops will be sent manually via e mail.

I’ve placed an order by accident what can I do? 

I’ve booked a course but I am unable to attend?

  • All of our courses are none refundable please make sure you can attend selected dates before booking (see T’S&C’s for more) 

Are you wheelchair accessible?

  • Unfortunately we are based on 1st floor of a building with no lift.

How do I access my course?

  • Your course will be sent out via e mail within 72 hours after purchase.

Are all of the courses fully accredited?

  • All of our in Salon training courses are fully accredited by beauty industry approval.

I have completed a online course how do I send off my case studies? 

Will I need a model for my face to face training course?

  • You will be required to have a model attend if you are completing any lash course. If you are unable to find a model please contact me within at least 48 hours notice and I will arrange a model for you.
