Academy terms & conditions 

  • If you have a discount code please apply this at checkout as these will not be accepted once payment has been made.
  • North coast beauty & training academy reserves the right to change Course prices or add discounts at any time, once a course booking has been made the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded. Likewise for a course price increase.
  • Online training courses are none refundable.
  • I understand face to face training courses are none refundable, customers should make sure they are able to attend selected course dates upon booking, in extreme circumstances where the customer may be unable to attend we may make the decision to move the customer to a later date. 
  • I understand I am not entitled to a refund after purchase. 
  • By placing your booking you have agreed to be legally bound to our terms and conditions.
  • Due to the nature of our products (half of the service face to face) if not all of the service (online) is provided in a online document therefore once purchased you have received half if not all of our course materials. 
  • Face to face courses are based in the salon/academy (5 Stanley street, blyth NE245DX) & theory work is sent out online and is required to be completed prior to attending selected course dates.
  • Online courses are fully online and you will be required to send case studies via e mail.
  • Customer must complete online training course within 6 months of purchase. 
  • Payment is to be made in full via our website.
  • Face to face nail training requires you to wear no polish or enhancements this is so you are able to work on yourself, you will be required to keep the enhancements you complete on day 1 of your nail course for 2 weeks until day 2 of your course so you are able to learn infills & removals. Failure to comply (removing the nails, picking the nails…) will result in you potentially failing the course and you will not be entitled to a refund. 

 

 

 

Salon terms and conditions  

  • If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you must give at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel or rearrange with less than 48 hours notice north  coast beauty and training academy reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost.
  • If you miss/do not turn up to your appointment north coast beauty and training academy reserves the right to charge 100% of the service cost.
  • If you are late to your appointment north coast beauty and training academy reserves the right to refuse treatment & implement a missed service charge.
  • No children under 12 are to be in the salon.
  • Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date, once the expiry date passes north coast beauty & training academy reserves the right to refuse said voucher.
  • Vouchers are none refundable
  • By booking or making a purchase you agreed to be legally bound to north coast beauty & training academy’s terms and conditions.
